Recognized for my dynamic personality, unwavering motivation, strong discipline and leadership skills, I am an accomplished sales and marketing professional with nearly two decades of experience.
I have proven experience in building multidisciplinary teams, defining brand strategies and developing marketing plans in Canada, the United States and Europe.
My journey began in the hospitality and tourism industry in the United States, where I designed sales and go-to-market strategies that allowed me to be recognized as a top salesperson in a start-up environment.
Subsequently, as Executive Director of a non-profit organization in Canada, I successfully increased funding by over 200% and successfully established a strategic public-private partnership, which earned me being named one of the Top 40 under 40 in 2012.
In the insurance and financial services industry, I then designed and developed a B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing practice, building the digital infrastructure, leading sales development and optimizing the customer experience.
Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of a fast-growing technology company, I built the MarCom function from the ground up, driving innovation, branding, and e-commerce revenue diversification while supporting 10 mergers and acquisitions over a 7-year period.
I currently work as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and New Market Development for a pioneering company in engineering, design, manufacturing and equipment rental in the events sector.
My mission is to support young marketing professionals and NPO leaders by stimulating their growth and creating real dynamism, thanks to innovative ideas and rigor that promotes change.
